That is the entire policy. We ask one thing in return: actually use the product as directed. Skincare cannot work in a drawer.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@discoverpibu.com with your order number.
2. Tell us briefly what did not work. This is not a test — it genuinely helps us improve.
3. We reply within 24 hours on business days with instructions.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

Damaged or incorrect items

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item at no cost. No return shipping required.
