How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States typically takes 10–20 business days. Every order ships with tracking.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow it any time on our Track Order page.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order at camilogjunior41@hotmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

How do I pick my size?

Each product page includes fit notes. Heads-up: Cloud Shorts™ run small — we recommend sizing up.

Are the discount codes real?

Yes — ELEVATE15, SCULPT15 and RECOVER15 give 15% off when you buy 2+ items from the matching collection. One code per order.

Returns

What if my item arrives damaged, defective or wrong?

We replace it free of charge. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll ship a replacement (or refund the item if a replacement isn't available).

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Because our products are worn close to the body, all sales are final except for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please check the fit notes before ordering — and if you're unsure about sizing, email us first. See the full Return Policy.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
