Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Estimated delivery to the United States: 10–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you at dispatch. Track your package any time on our Track Order page.

Address changes

Email camilogjunior41@hotmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order to change your shipping address.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10+ business days, contact us — we'll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved.
